1084, 14 1/2" overall with a 9 1/2" blade. Blade steel is 1084, guard is wrought, ferrule/spacer is DOM tubing, handle is sugar maple, brass "habaki". Just have to glue it all up.

Well. For the tests, they tear your stuff up anyway, so I always make the handle of the test "subjects" out of something I can take apart after and reuse. Food for thought. But I'm with you. I made over 100 blades before I ever put a makers mark on one.
